Who should apply
- • College students or recent grads curious about media and marketing
- • Self-starters who communicate clearly and meet deadlines
- • Creators with any level of photo, video, or social experience
- • People excited to represent local businesses and community voices
School credit may be available — note your status on the application and we'll coordinate with your program when possible.
What we're looking for
- • Flexible hours based on your school schedule (typically 8–15 hrs/week)
- • Hybrid work: remote tasks plus on-site studio, events, and content days
- • Professional communication with guests, partners, and the VOV team
- • Willingness to learn tools — cameras, editors, Canva, scheduling apps, and AI assistants
- • Positive attitude in a fast-moving, creative small-team environment
